Logistics & Production Management
Vehicles, equipment, inventory, suppliers, installation, schedules, troubleshooting, breakdown and returns. The moving parts stay under active management.
Digital & Influencer Integration
Online–offline engagement planning, creator identification, livestreams and content production. We coordinate talent and production needs to extend the event beyond its footprint.
We don't just execute the plan. We help make sure it works.
Experience changes what you see: a footprint that's too tight, a missing permit, an equipment plan that won't last the day, or a safety issue that could stop an activation.
Our field leadership anticipates challenges, addresses the details and makes practical decisions when the pressure is on.

Nongshim × Netflix:
When the plan meets reality.
A KPop Demon Hunters-related consumer activation where field experience helped address unforeseen operational gaps.

The Assignment
For this Nongshim × Netflix activation, our field-operations experience was put to work managing touring personnel and on-site execution through experiential agency Gratsy.
The Challenge
Critical details in the event plan needed attention: permitting, noncompliant or out-of-date fire extinguishers, supplies and equipment capacity, and a 15 × 15-foot layout that constrained the activation.
The Response
The field team addressed permit requirements, replaced outdated fire extinguishers, checked propane, water and generator capacity, and recommended a larger 25 × 25-foot footprint. Working with the brand-side team and tour personnel, practical changes were made before the gaps became show-stopping problems.
The Result
The program moved forward with a safer, more functional activation footprint and improved operational readiness. Promoted products reportedly sold out at more than ten locations. The work reflects how GroundGame approaches every job: catch the problems early, make the adjustments, and keep the experience moving.
This engagement was delivered through Gratsy before GroundGame launched; reported results require approval.
